Return Policy

      • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

      • We will not accept any returns beyond this period.
  • Excluded Items :
      • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
      • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase :
      • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return transactions.
  • Return Shipping :
      • Customers are not responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us for return.

 

Exchange Policy

      • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery date.
      • We will not accept any exchanges beyond this period.
  • Excluded Items :
      • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
      • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Refunds :
